The letter was in response to a woman who supported Robert Kennedy's efforts on investigating the possibility of criminal activity in the "Labor Or Management Field."
 
The Senate Committee was formed in January 1957 and disbanded in March 1960.....
 
The investigation into the Teamsters Union and Jimmy Hoffa was the spark that drew interest, conflict and ongoing critiques of the Senate Committee Hearings.
