Lynyrd Skynyrd May 1977 Autographs w/ Ronnie Van Zant (entire band)

The complete Lynyrd Skynyrd band from the 1977 period have signed this item.

Autographs are on the backside of a promotional photograph.

Signatures include: Ronnie Van Zant, Steven Gaines, Gary Rossington, Allen Collins, Billy Powell, Leon Wilkerson, Artimus Pyle and Dickey Betts of The Allman Brothers Band.

Signatures are all in black ball point pen.

These signatures were obtained in Lexington Kentucky on May 20, 1977. The band was backstage and Billy Powell's cousin had attended the show so Billy had the band sign the back of a promo photo for his cousin. Dicky Betts of The Allman Brothers Band was also there, played onstage and signed the back of the promo photo. Billy personalized the piece by writing "Thanks very much for coming, your cousin Bill Powell, Lynyrd Skynyrd Band."

All autographs are very clear and visible.  There are some stains and a natural discoloration of the paper due to it being over 45 years old. (I purchased it this way)

All signatures have been fully authenticated by James Spence Authentication (JSA)

one of the world's premier authentication services.

A JSA LOA (Letter of Authenticity) accompanies the item. JSA LOA # X74605

Item can be verified on website

The 8" x 10" autographed item is accompanied with seven photos of the band during their

Lakeland Florida concert on October 18, 1977 two days before that tragic day that ended the bands promising future.  Also included are two gold plates with the dates and locations and also a cutout of a drum kit with the bands name.

This is a professionally framed item with red suede matting.

The frame is a golden glaze/bronze beveled decorative frame.

This is an amazing, beautiful display item that is a centerpiece of any wall you place it on.

It is a very large item measuring approximately 46.5" x 36.5" and is quite heavy.

Lynyrd Skynyrd complete band signatures from 1977 are getting harder to find daily.

There aren't many known to exist with all members signing on one piece. Many collectors are keeping them and not many surface for sale due to the minimal amount that exist.

This is a highly collectible piece of Rock n Roll History.

I have owned it for quite some time and cherish it.

I will always love the genius of Ronnie Van Zant and the music that this band left for us.
