Cast Iron Taxi Cab - Arcade Company 1970's Repo......
 
This is a great item....very heavy cast iron with brilliant colors.....
 
I purchased this at an Estate Sale of a elderly gentleman who collected cast iron toys for over 70 years....
 
This is manufactured by a company called Arcade who was one of the largest producers of cast iron toys....
 
The gentleman was very knowledgeable on all cast iron and had a massive collection of over 200 pieces....quite impressive...

He  told me this particular one was reproduced in the early 1970's to replicate the original from the 20's/30's....
 
This is a great starter piece for a collector and t is really cool looking which I was drawn to.....
 
It is a larger piece measuring approximately 10 inches long x 6 inches tall
