Large format ashtray measures approximately 11 inches round and 1.75 inches tall.
Lip is 1 inch wide. Very heavy item.
 
The sun face design was very decorative for the early 70s era. 
 
I personally purchased this ashtray in the early 1970s for my room and have owned it for decades.
