Envelope has some creasing to left bottom side and top right corner.

The 5 prints are in a fold out cover and are beautiful.

The prints have slight corner bend on the one side (see photographs)
 
Plate # 1 is signed in pencil by Frank Franzetta and numbered in his own hand.
